Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

• Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested in advance.

• For oversized or overweight items, a motor freight carrier will be used.

• Expedited shipping is available upon request at an additional cost.

• Once shipped, please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery.

International Orders

• Customers are encouraged to arrange their own international shipping.

• If not arranged, GTHAUS will select an international courier at its discretion.

Delivery & Responsibility

• GTHAUS is not responsible for packages once they are in transit.

• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.

• Please inspect all packages carefully before accepting delivery.

  • If a package arrives damaged, refuse delivery and file a claim directly with the courier.

  • If damage is discovered after opening, contact the courier immediately.

• All claims for shipping damage must be handled through the courier, not GTHAUS.

Packaging

• All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment.

• Products are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Custom & Special Orders

• Customers ordering custom Meisterschaft Exhaust Systems will be notified when their product is ready to ship.

• Due to high demand, certain systems may not be in stock. These will ship at the earliest possible date.

• Prepayment in full is required for special order items.

• Special order items are non-refundable.
