Refund policy

Authorization Required

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by GTHAUS.

  • To obtain an RMA, please contact our customer service team before sending back any items.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging.

  • A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Used products

  • Special order items

  • Electrical devices

  • Items that have been modified in any way

No exceptions will be made.
